Where is my order??

All prints, posters, stickers and original art are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days depending on the volume of shipments at that particular time. All artwork is shipped directly from the artist (that's me). Rarely do any delays occur with shipping but since this is a one man operation, if delays do occur I will personally reach out to you and inform you of exactly when your order will be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for tracking your package. If you do not receive an email within 2-3 days, please check your junk folder. 

Most apparel products are printed to order and are shipped directly from our printing company. It may take 15-20 business days to arrive depending on how busy they are at the time of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking instructions. 

If you have not received your order within three weeks of purchase date, please reach out immediately to and I will try to resolve the issue as best I can. 

How are orders shipped??

Depending on size, the print(s) are either shipped flat or rolled into a tube. Each print is signed by the artist (me) and treated with the upmost care and protection when shipping. Most orders will include additional goodies i.e. stickers, cards, additional prints, etc. The more you spend, the more free stuff you get (and who doesn't love free stuff?). The only exception is on apparel orders since they are printed and shipped by a third party company. Original artwork is shipped framed in plexiglass for protection and wired for easy hanging. 

It is not recommended using utility knives or sharp objects to open your package due to risk of damaging the art. Instead, gently remove all tape and seals (for envelopes do this slowly as not to risk tearing the paper). Once all tape is removed your package should open easily without risk of damage to the artwork. 

I am not responsible for artwork damaged when unwrapping. 

What's your return/refund policy??

Returns are only accepted on items damaged during shipment. Please keep all packaging your item was shipped in. Take detailed photographs of the damage and email them to me within 5 days of delivery and return the package immediately. I will replace the item for you or give you store credit if the item is not replaceable. I will do my best to make things right for you, however understand that I am an individual artist and not a multi-million dollar international corporation. I simply do not have the margins to pay for return shipping or refund any shipping costs. 

Refunds are only available on items that have not yet shipped so if you regret your purchase please reach out immediately. 

I saw a piece I loved but I don't see it in your store, How can I get it??

If you see a piece that you are interested in either through or Instagram (@SourSteveArt), please reach out. I cannot promise that original pieces will still be available but reproductions can be made regardless. Simply send me an email with the title or image of the piece, where you saw it, and what format--print or poster and I will send you a quote on dimensions and price. Reproductions are not yet printed in house, however generally reproductions can be produced, processed and shipped within 5-7 days. 

Do you ship internationally??

Yes! I can ship to all countries that accept mail. However, you may have to pay additional shipping costs depending on your international destination.
